Attendance
Attendance at school plays a vital role in ensuring that children make the best possible progress. As such we monitor attendance closely both at a whole school level and at in individual child level.
We follow a staged approach to supporting families when we are concerned about their child's attendance and this might mean that we will write to you to express our concern, or to offer support for example with persistent lateness.
Our Attendance Policy below sets out our expectations and our approach to absence including requests for term time leave.
